Villa Sarbonne

Villa Sarbonne is California's newest mega-mansion by Ardie Tavangarian, visionary design builder and founder of Arya Group, Inc. that has built some of the city’s most expensive properties. Sitting on .76 acres in Bel Air, CA with stunning views of Los Angeles from Downtown to the Pacific Ocean, the 9 bedroom, 15 bathroom wonder covers 25,000 square feet and includes lavish amenities such as movie theater, art studio, game room, spa with sauna, steam and massage room, and a state-of-the-art car elevator. The mansion boasts an additional 20,000 feet of outdoor patios, decks and gardens, crowned with a rooftop deck that covers nearly the entire footprint of the main house.

The rooftop deck is transformed into a lavish outdoor lounge with olive trees and tall grass surrounding a full bar and a steel structure that provides 2,500 square feet of shade. Designed in collaboration with Alpha Productions, Inc., the perimeter of the structure is fitted with 6 motorized Skylight SuntamerTM awnings, each 20' wide x 16' projection with multiple Infinity Canopies 12' wide x 65' projection covering the center of the structure. The sleek tensioned fabric and the romantic billowing panels combine to create a inspiring outdoor space that also provides shade and privacy for the residents and guests.

After the initial installation, colored panels were added to the white panels enhancing the unique look and feel of the deck, melding the canopies with the colors radiating from the breath-taking views of Los Angeles during the day and the glittering city lights and stars at night.
