How large can Infinity Canopy be?

 

Infinity canopy can be configured as long and as wide as you need it to be, provided there are cables or other support structures for it to hang from. Longer and wider designs may require multiple cables and multiple turnbuckles to support the canopy's weight and avoid sagging.
 
I have an irregular shaped space, can it work?

 

Infinity canopy is best suited for rectangular and square spaces but the profiles and panels can be shortened or lengthened to fit certain irregular spaces. Send us your space dimensions and we will be glad to advise you. 
 
Is this a DIY product?

 

Infinity Canopy is a professional product, yet it is easy for someone with basic skills to assemble and install. If you would rather spend your time elsewhere, we have a list of local professionals who will be happy to install them for you. 
 
How hard is it to operate?

Once infinity canopy is installed, operating it is as easy as opening and closing a curtain. If you have installed your canopy on a wire, simply pull the canopy forward to slide it open and then slide it back to close. 
 
Can I install it indoors and without the wires?

Yes you can attach Infinity Canopy to any horizontal support structure.  For example, you can use the beams of an outdoor pergola for the ceiling of an indoor space to create a false ceiling and beautify it. 
 
What do I do in the winter?

You can close the canopy and leave it on the wire or simply unclip it from the cables and store it for sunnier days.
 
Will it collect rain water?

Panels made of mesh fabric allow water to flow through them slowly. Canopies with canvas panels can be mounted with the outer edge slightly lower to allow the water to drain off to the sides. Take a look at the Video of Infinity Canopy VS. The Rain. 
 
Is it water and mildew resistant?

The hardware used in infinity canopy is marine grade stainless steel and aluminum. It is highly resistant to rust and corrosion. The panels are made of the highest quality awning grade mesh or canvas and are water and mildew resistant. Water-proof and fire-proof panels are also available by special order. 
 
How does it handle the wind?

Unlike other shade systems that act as a sail, the bellowing panels of Infinity Canopy ride the winds without resistance. Mesh panels also have a lower wind resistance as they also allow the air to flow through. How long does it take to deliver?

 

In the US we use FedEx or UPS ground services which take 1-7 working days to send to most locations. For shipping to other locations please email us for infomation. 
 
How long does it take to install?

Depending on the size, complexity of design and number of installers, it can take 1 to a few hours to install the Infinity Canopy. It only takes a few minutes to change panels for repairs or to give your canopy a new look.
 
How long does it last?

Infinity Canopy is designed to hold up to the elements and keep a rich and even color. It is backed by our (5) year warranty against defects in material and workmanship as well as fading of the panels. 
 
How do I maintain it?

Infinity Canopy is maintenance free.  Reasonable care to remove dirt and debris is all that is required to keep your Infinity Canopy in perfect shape.  The panels can be easily removed and washed, if required, with mild soap and water.
