Irvine Corporate Office

In the master-planned Irvine Business Complex, a corporate office space underwent extensive lobby and exterior renovations. This allowed the building to be updated from it's initial 1981 build to a prime Class A Building, with a host of new amenities, notably: private balcony/patios on the 2nd and 3rd floor.

 

The balcony/patios features 16 sections of stationary 8ft wide custom canopies, providing tenants with rare & reusable outdoor communal space. Infinity Canopy was used as the focus for the exterior renovations, boosting its presentation for the market and quality business area.
